The flight controls sub-team is responsible for developing the rocket’s payload, power system and data acquisition. Flight control calibrates, filters and logs data from the various sensors. This sub-team configures the sensors, connects sensors to the flight computer processes data to make in-flight control decisions. This sub-team also ensures communication with the ground station, sharing the rockets position and telemetry.
